Webloomery Template License v1.0

This license applies to a Webloomery website template (the "Template") obtained with one purchase from Webloomery, whether bought on webloomery.com or through a marketplace shop operated by Webloomery. The Template includes its source code, design, documentation and original assets. An "end product" is one finished website or application built with the Template.

One purchase gives the buyer — one person, or one legal entity or team — the right to create one end product.

• The end product may be for the buyer or for one client of the buyer.
• You may modify the Template source code to adapt it for that end product.
• Local development, staging and production copies of the same end product count as one end product.
• Team members and contractors working on that end product may access the Template files, only for that end product.
• You may transfer the finished project built for one client, together with the customized source files needed to run it, to that client.
• After that transfer you may not reuse the Template for another client or another product.
• Each additional website, application, end product or client requires a new license, which means a new purchase.

• Sell the Template source, original or modified, as a template, boilerplate, starter kit, UI kit, component library or stock asset.
• Distribute, share or sublicense the Template source, free or paid, or publish it in a public repository.
• Turn the Template into a competing template product, a website builder, a code generator or a reusable system for producing client sites.
• Resell the Template's components or visual assets as separate products.
• Create more than one end product, or work for more than one client, with a single purchase.

Webloomery keeps ownership of the original Template. This license grants the usage rights described above; it does not transfer ownership of the Template.

Fonts, photographs, icons, software packages and other third-party material included with the Template remain under their own licenses. They are listed, with their sources and licenses, in ASSET-CREDITS.md in the Template package.

Support and updates are separate from this license. This license does not include or promise support or updates.

This version applies to Template packages that include it. It does not withdraw or reduce any right granted by the license included with a package you obtained earlier.

The Template is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
