Terms of Use

Webloomery (“Webloomery”, “we”, “us”) is an independent digital-product storefront operated by Fatih Yılmaz, based in Türkiye. You can reach us at support@webloomery.com.

By browsing webloomery.com or buying a product through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the storefront. If you use Webloomery on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Webloomery does not currently offer customer accounts. The Library page keeps favorites only in your own browser, and the cart is stored the same way; neither creates an order or a right to a product.

Lemon Squeezy and Etsy run their own customer accounts and order pages. Your use of those accounts is governed by their terms.

Each product page describes the template, its version, the pages and features it includes and its technical requirements. Previews, demos and screenshots show the template as designed; demo content, sample data and third-party images may differ from what a package includes, as stated in the package documentation and ASSET-CREDITS.md.

We may update, replace or withdraw products and change prices at any time. Changes do not affect a purchase that has already been completed. The final price, currency and any tax are confirmed by the checkout provider before you pay.

• Direct purchases: checkout, payment, tax calculation, receipts and invoicing are provided by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and the seller of record for these orders. The Lemon Squeezy buyer terms shown at checkout also apply.
• Etsy purchases: when you buy on Etsy, Etsy’s terms and policies govern the transaction, and the order is handled through your Etsy account.
• Webloomery never receives or stores your full card or payment details.

Products are digital downloads; nothing is shipped. After a direct purchase, Lemon Squeezy delivers the product files through your receipt email and its My Orders page. Etsy purchases are delivered through your Etsy order. Webloomery does not deliver product files from webloomery.com.

If a download does not arrive or does not work, contact support@webloomery.com with your order reference.

Your right to use a template comes from the license included in its package. Packages released from 26 September 2026 include the Webloomery Template License v1.0 (published at /legal/license): one purchase covers one end product. A package delivered earlier keeps the license included with it.

These terms do not expand, reduce or replace the license. If these terms and the license differ on how you may use a template, the license applies.

• Breaking the law, or infringing anyone’s rights, through the storefront.
• Attempting to access systems, files or data you are not authorized to access, or bypassing security, rate limits or checkout.
• Scraping, copying or republishing storefront content, previews or product files beyond what the license or the law allows.
• Uploading or sending malicious code, spam or automated requests that disrupt the storefront.
• Sharing, reselling or redistributing templates in ways the applicable license does not permit.

The Webloomery name and logo, the storefront design and text, product previews and the templates themselves are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Webloomery keeps ownership of its templates; a purchase grants the usage rights in the applicable license, not ownership.

You may link to webloomery.com and quote short passages with attribution.

The storefront links to and embeds third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy, Etsy and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Fonts, photographs, icons, software packages and other third-party material in a template remain under their own licenses, listed in ASSET-CREDITS.md in the package.

Support and updates are separate from the license. Support covers documented setup and verified defects in a template as delivered, as described on the Support page. When we release an update, it is delivered through the channel where you bought the product. We do not promise future updates or a specific response time.

We aim for products that match their descriptions and work as documented. Apart from that and from any warranty that the law gives you and cannot be excluded, templates are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that a template will suit every purpose, environment or third-party service.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

None of these limits applies to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.

If you buy as a consumer, you keep every right that mandatory consumer law gives you, including the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the consumer law of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms, the Refund Policy or the license limits those rights. Remedies for defective or misdescribed products are described in the Refund Policy.

We may block or restrict access to the storefront for anyone who breaches these terms, misuses it or puts its security at risk. This does not remove rights in products you have already bought; use of those products remains governed by their license and the law.

We may update these terms when the storefront, our services or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date and do not affect purchases completed before it.
