A website for an AI meeting-intelligence product where visitors follow every recap item back to the transcript line it came from, hand an account's open promises to the next team and download the brief, and estimate seat pricing. Saidwell · website-template · Next.js source code 18 page designs: 12 public (home, product with recap explorer, handoffs with promise ledger and handoff log, teams overview, a team page used for 4 roles, pricing, security and data, notes, a note article page, demo request, privacy and a custom 404) and 6 admin (sign-in, dashboard, a record manager used for 15 modules, users and roles, audit log, license) Next.js website with an authenticated admin, SQLite database, roles, audit log, CRUD and domain-bound license activation. Fictional sample calls; no recorder, speech/AI model, CRM, customer SaaS accounts or payments.
- Founders and marketing teams of AI meeting-intelligence, conversation-intelligence and call-recording SaaS products - Revenue-operations and customer-success software startups that need a credible marketing site with working product demos - Agencies building sites for B2B SaaS clients who want role pages, a security page and honest pricing out of the box Required skills: Comfortable editing TypeScript configuration and content files in a Next.js project. Not ideal for: Buyers who need a working meeting recorder, speech-to-text, AI summaries, CRM sync, customer SaaS accounts or billing without development; Teams that want a generic SaaS landing page with logo walls, testimonials and invented metrics.

Every item has a citation button that highlights its transcript lines and scrolls them into view; the transcript can be searched with matches marked and counted; call, section and line live in the URL so a view can be linked, reloaded and reached with Back. Tabs move with the arrow, Home and End keys. All recap content is pre-written sample data seeded from db/seed/content.json and read through lib/workspace.ts — no AI runs. [frontend-demo] - Promise ledger and handoff demo: Per-account promise ledger with status, owner chain, stage rail, due date, evidence note and a link to the source line. Account, handoff type and status filter live in the URL with counts and an empty state. Promises can be reassigned one by one or all handed to the receiving team at once; changes are kept in the visitor's browser (localStorage) and can be reset. Nothing is sent anywhere. [browser-local-demo] - Handoff brief with copy and download: A kickoff, go-live or renewal brief assembled in the browser from the account, its calls and the ledger, with options for contacts, risks and delivered promises; it can be copied to the clipboard or downloaded as a Markdown file. [browser-local-demo] - Hero promise ledger: The home hero shows one fictional account's promises at signing and after the sales-to-onboarding handoff, switched with a two-state toggle; rendered from the same ledger data as the handoff demo. [frontend-demo] - Seat estimator: From recording seats, viewer seats, yearly or monthly billing and whether teams hand customers to each other, it prices every plan from config/pricing.ts with plan minimums, prints the arithmetic, recommends the cheapest plan that fits and carries the plan and seats to the demo form. Inputs live in the URL. [included-working] - Demo request form: Validates and posts to the same-origin /api/leads endpoint, saves to SQLite and appears in the admin Leads inbox. In demo mode the record stays in the sandbox and is removed at reset. No email or CRM notification is included. [included-working] - Role pages from config: Four role pages generated from config/teams.ts — account executives, sales leaders, onboarding, customer success — each with jobs, changes, questions and a working sample: follow-ups from a call, promise counts by account and status, a generated kickoff brief, or a delivered-versus-open renewal view. [included-working] - Notes with article pages: Three original sample articles in content/notes.ts rendered as an index and individual article pages with Article and BreadcrumbList structured data. [included-working] - Security and data page: Recording notice, retention by plan, masking rules, CRM write scope with approval, access roles, providers and a FAQ, all from config/trust.ts and clearly marked as sample policy text to replace. [included-working] - Full-screen mobile menu: Covers the screen, traps focus, locks page scroll, closes with Escape, the close button or after navigating, and returns focus to the menu button. [included-working] - SEO and structured data: Every page has its own title, description, canonical URL and Open Graph and Twitter image; sitemap, robots and web manifest are generated; JSON-LD covers Organization, WebSite, SoftwareApplication with one Offer per priced plan, FAQPage on pricing, BreadcrumbList on team and note pages and Article on notes. [included-working] - Motion with a reduced-motion branch: Section reveals, the owner hand-over and the cited-line highlight are CSS only; under prefers-reduced-motion everything is shown in place without movement. [included-working] - Authenticated admin and content management: Server sessions, owner/editor/viewer roles, SQLite migrations, audit trail and database-backed content and domain CRUD at /admin. Includes leads inbox; no customer SaaS accounts or real AI processing. [included-working]
