The product
Veyrand is the whole website an international estate agency needs, built around a register rather than a gallery. Ten fully specified properties across sale, lettings and developments each get a detail page with a plate gallery, a specification table, an accommodation schedule, particulars, orientation and travel times — and they all come from one data file, so adding an eleventh updates the search, the comparison table, the market pages, the partner pages, the related listings, the sitemap and the structured data at the same time.
The register is the part most property templates fake. This one switches market first, then filters on market, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, price band, interior size, a keyword that also matches reference codes and 25 feature chips, in grid or list view, across five sort orders, with a live result count, dismissable chips, a real empty state and a mobile filter drawer. Saving a property persists in the visitor's browser and shows a count in the header; comparison lines three of them up side by side.
The photography is real and it is honest. 41 licensed photographs ship with the template, each scored against a 100-point rubric and accepted only at 80 or above, each recorded with its provider, asset ID, source page, photographer and licence. A listing shows only the plates that genuinely belong to it — one photograph or six — and publishes a note saying what those pictures are, so a single-photograph listing reads as a deliberate presentation instead of a gap. Nothing in the demonstration pretends unrelated houses are several views of one home.
The visual system is dark by design: four greys, one bone white and one glacier blue, with the photography carrying every warm colour. Built in Next.js 16, React 19 and TypeScript and exported as static HTML: no database, no API keys, no server and no monthly platform fee. Easy to rebrand — centralized brand, colors, typography and site metadata: identity and SEO in config/brand.ts, every colour a CSS custom property in one :root block, typefaces in three lines of the layout, the two storage keys in lib/storage.ts, and every property, market, partner, service and journal entry a typed record in data/. A scripted rebrand trial that changed the name, the accent and surface colours, the display face, the mark, both storage keys and one property record touched seven files and rebuilt in seven seconds.
Designed as a credible product experience—not a set of disconnected sections. Every layout is ready to adapt while preserving the logic that makes it feel intentional.
